Meet the Writer
Founder & CEO Vanessa Bellew is a passionate storyteller, no matter the medium. She is a devoted student of genre, style, and human behavior with a prodigious command of the English language. She know the rules; she’s willing to break them.
She has 10+ years experience as a copy and content writer for businesses that range from the theatre to trendy tech startups and from luxury real estate to nerdy magazine articles. Over the years, she’s been paid to write speeches, website copy, bios, listing descriptions, letters, market reports, blog posts, and anything else that contains words. She’s even been known to teach [REDACTED BIG TECH COMPANY]’s Large Language Models (LLMs) to do some of those things on occasion.
Vanessa wears many hats, and dons each of them with style. In addition to freelance copy and content writing, she’s a creative writer, an actor, and a singer. She is currently based in Brooklyn, but her clients live all over the world.
